The Worship & Music Team is responsible for all EPC worship services, the music program, audio/visual, special events, funerals, and weddings. 

The Worship & Music Team:

Supports all services of Christian worship at EPC; 

Oversees the music program; 

Addresses audio/visual needs; 

Coordinates and approves special events; and

Manages both weddings and funerals held at EPC.

The Misions Team is responsible for EPC outreach, evangelism, missions, and the EPC Preschool. 

The Missions Team is working to: 

Create and sustain an inclusive, affirming, welcoming, intergenerational community of faith; 

Identify new ways to energize the life of the Christian community; 

Support students and teachers educational needs in our community; 

Work with organizations to reduce homelessness; 

Support efforts to assist at-risk women and children; and 

Help our global mission partners in their efforts.

The Give Ministry Team is responsible for EPC personnel, finance, facilities, nominating, and stewardship.  

The Finance Team is working to:

Create, maintain, and fund the EPC annual budget; 

Identify staffing needs and conduct annual reviews of staff; 

Support the hiring, and if necessary, termination of staff; 

Maintain and create policies as needed; 

Establish (with congregational approval) nominating committees as needed; and

Organize and execute the annual stewardship drive.

The Congregational Care Team is responsible for EPC Ministries of Care, hospitality, integration, communication, and the kitchen. 

The Congregational Care Team is dedicated to an every-member ministry providing compassion, knowledge, and fellowship by reaching out to encourage service and to serve using effective communication.
